WAYPHAM RETURN POLICY

  • In normal cases, if the product is sealed and not open for use – you can return the product within 7 days from the time of receipt of the product. You will have to call us to inform us of the reason for your return on the company’s official landline +91 124 4240157 morning 10.00 AM to 6.00 PM office time Monday to Saturday. On satisfactory reason ascertained by our competent person, a decision will be taken to recall the product. Once we receive the product in good condition a necessary refund will be issued reducing the cost of all charges in the supply of goods. 
  • Waypham has the right to return the product if the product received back is not in good condition or the seal is opened by customers.
  • In case you receive tempered packaging by courier services please return the goods to the courier person and inform the company on the above-mentioned customer care number as well as mail the video or photo of the torn packaging to our customer care mail id care@waypham.com This will help us to process your claim fast.
